Terms & Conditions for 2026 Fit 4 Life Competition

The following Terms & Conditions apply to the 2026 Fit 4 Life Competition:

  1. The Promoter of this competition in Australia is UBX Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 33 169 373 371) of 6/2 Baroona Rd, Brisbane QLD 4064, Australia and in the rest of the world is UBX International Limited (RCN 12473991) of 3rd Floor 207 Regent Street, London W1B 3HH, United Kingdom.
  2. The competition commences on Monday August 3rd 2026 at 01:00 (AEST) and concludes on Monday September 14th 2026 at 23:59 (AEST). Any entry submissions timed after 23:59 (AEST) on Monday September 14th 2026 will be excluded from the competition.
  3. The Fit 4 Life challenge commences on Monday August 3rd 2026 at 01:00 (AEST) and concludes on Saturday August 29th 2026 at 23:59 (AEST).
  4. Entry is open to residents in Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore and must be or become a paying member of a UBX gym throughout the competition period. Employees of the Promoters, franchisees and employees of franchisees and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
  5. Due to local regulations, participants from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the United States of America (USA) are not eligible to enter or receive prizes in this Promotion
  6. Participants must be at least 18 years of age to enter.
  7. UBX reserves the right to disqualify or remove any participant from the Promotion if (a) they are found to have engaged in excessive or unauthorised communications, such as mass messaging or repeated unsolicited contact, or any other behaviour that violates these Terms or undermines the spirit of the Promotion or (b) participation in this Promotion would result in a breach of any local laws or regulations applicable to the Promoter or participant.
  8. The total prize is valued at AUD$2,000, comprised of 1 major prize valued at AUD$1,000 and 2 Runner up prizes valued at AUD $500 each
  9. There will be a total of one (1) winner worldwide of the Major prize and two (2) winners of the Runner up prize.
    • The winner will be deemed by the judging panel to have submitted the best carousel/video post in the competition and who has complied with all tagging and hashtag requirements specified in Section 10.
    • The Major prize consists of an Experience voucher to the value of $1,000 AUD
    • The two Runner up winners will be deemed by the judging panel to have submitted the 2nd and 3rd best carousel/video posts in the competition and who have complied with all tagging and hashtag requirements specified in Section 10.
    • There will be 2 Runner up prizes that each consist of an Experience voucher to the value of $500 AUD
    • All values are exclusive of any applicable value added or good and sales taxes.
    • No GST is payable by participants to the Promoter(s) for such prizes. Participants are solely responsible for any personal tax liabilities (including GST or income tax if applicable) arising from receipt of such prizes.
  10. The competition entry mechanic conditions;
    • Social post must be made during the competition period defined in Point 2.
    • Post must be a carousel containing imagery and/or video OR a video entry, made as either an Instagram reel, Tik Tok post, YouTube video or Facebook video. No other platforms will be monitored for entries.
    • Post must include all the hashtags #UBX #Fit4Life #TrainForMore as well as tag @ubxtraining in the caption in order to be considered a valid entry.
    • Judging: The winners will be chosen by the Promoters based on a strict rubric, measuring creativity, originality, and relevance to the UBX brand and campaign.
    • In the event of a tie in judging scores, the entrant who published their post earliest during the competition period will be deemed the winner.
    • The decision of the Promoters is final and conclusive.
    • Posts must be publicly visible on the relevant platform at the time of submission and throughout the judging period. UBX will identify entries by searching for the required hashtags. Entrants are responsible for ensuring their posts remain public and all required hashtags and tags are present at the time of judging. Posts that are private, deleted, or missing required hashtags at the time of judging will be deemed invalid.
    • Entrants may submit multiple entries, however each entrant is only eligible to win one prize.
    • Membership Requirement: Entrants must remain an active UBX member at the time of submission and judging. Find your local UBX gym here:

  11. Winners are determined on Thursday September 17th, 2026 AEST. Winners (and franchisees of winners) will be contacted via phone/email on or about this date.
  12. Winners will be announced on Friday September 18th, 2026 via email and social media.
  13. If you do not want your surname and country included on the list of winners referred to above, please email support@ubxtraining.com prior to the closing date of the promotion.
  14. No part of the prize is exchangeable, redeemable for cash or any other prize, or transferable.
  15. If the prize winners do not redeem their experience voucher within the validity period specified by the voucher issuer, the prize will be forfeited.
  16. The prize winners may be asked to participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable media editorial requests relating to the prize, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed, filmed throughout the duration of the prize. This includes the use of the photos and information provided as part of their competition entry.
  17. The prize winners may be asked to permit their image and/or voice, as recorded, photographed or filmed during the winner's participation in the prize to appear in connection with UBX Training or the advertising or marketing thereof, in any media whatsoever throughout the world and the winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
  18. Independent financial advice should be sought as tax implications may arise as a result of accepting the prize.
  19. The winner selection will take place at UBX HQ 6/2 Baroona Rd Milton QLD 4000, Australia and the winner will be notified by phone within 7 Australian business days if not earlier as part of the announcement set out in paragraph 12.
  20. The prize will be awarded to the person named in the entry.
  21. Should an entrant's contact details change during the Promotional Period, it is the entrant's responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoter.
  22. The Promoter's decision is final, and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the competition result.
  23. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the entrant or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
  24. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
  25. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.
  26. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to any direction given under State Regulation.
  27. The collection and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy statement found here: UBX Training | Legal (the Promoter's Privacy Policy).
  28. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the personal information provided in connection with this promotion for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of the promotion and awarding the prize, including to third parties involved in the promotion and any relevant authorities. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter's Privacy Policy, the Promoter including third parties may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the personal information for promotional, marketing, publicity and research purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. If entrants no longer consent to their details being used for future marketing purposes, the entrant should contact the Promoter. Any request to update, modify or delete the entrant's details should be directed to the Promoter.
  29. The laws of Queensland, Australia apply to these terms and conditions, although if you are resident elsewhere you will retain the benefit of any mandatory protections given to you by the laws of that country.
