Terms & Conditions for the “UBX Skills and Drills 28 Day Challenge” (6th May - 14th June 2024)

This competition is run by UBX Australia Pty Ltd. (the Promoter). By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

• The competition is open to all residents of Australia who are aged 18 years or over at the time of participation.
• Employees of the Promoter, any affiliate of the Promoter [or any franchisee], and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
• Entrants must be active, paying UBX members from Monday, the 6th of May through until Saturday, the 1st of June 2024.

• Participants must film an original video showcasing [their best] boxing progression throughout the "Skills and Drills 28 Day Challenge."
• The video must be posted on Instagram or TikTok on or prior to the Judging Date. Videos must be publicly viewable.
• Participants must use the hashtag "#UBXSKILLSandDRILLS", follow @ubxtraining, and mention and tag @ubxtraining in the caption.
• Entries must be posted by Sunday, the 9th of June 2024.

• The Promoter will, on Monday, the 10th of June 2024 (the Judging Date) at 6/2 Baroona Road, Milton, Qld, 4064, select the entries which qualify for the prize described below at its sole discretion. The decision of the Promoter is final and non-appealable.
• The prize is a UBX x adidas Boxing Prize Pack valued at $500 RRP AUD.
• The winner will be notified via Instagram or TikTok direct message and must provide further information to claim their prize.
• The official announcement will be made via Facebook, Instagram, and email on Friday, the 14th of June 2024.

By entering the competition, participants grant UBX Australia Pty Ltd the right to use their video for advertising purposes. Personal data belonging to such persons will be held and used for the purposes of this promotion by the Promoter in accordance with its privacy policy which adheres to the applicable privacy laws in the jurisdiction where an eligible participant is resident (the Privacy Policy). By taking part in the promotion, each participant consents to the Promoter using the personal information provided in connection with this promotion for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of the promotion, including to third parties involved in the promotion and any relevant authorities. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Privacy Policy, the Promoter including third parties may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the personal information for promotional, marketing, publicity and research purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning such participant. If such participant no longer consent to their details being used for future marketing purposes, the participant should contact the Promoter.

This competition is not associated with or endorsed by Apple, Instagram, or TikTok.

This promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount made available by UBX Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 169 373 371) or any of its affiliates or franchisees.

• A. Free gifts and inclusions forming part or all of the promotion cannot be exchanged for monetary value or otherwise. In the event that, for any reason, whatsoever a selected winner does not take an element of the promotion at the time stipulated then that element of the promotion will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the promotion.
• B. By participating in the promotion, the participants agree to participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable media editorial requests relating to their entries, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed, filmed. This includes the use of the photos, videos and other information provided as part of their participation in the promotion. The participants agree that he/she/they will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
• C. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to any direction given pursuant to any applicable legislation or government regulation.
• D. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.

The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the competition or acceptance of any prize. The Promoter is not liable to any person in any way (including but not limited to for any indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in relation to this promotion and offer, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the phone user or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this promotion, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this promotion including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.The Promoters and its associated agencies and employees assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.
